Our dream was to create a beautiful events and conferencing space, in the countryside, with the highest quality finishes and touches, that you would find anywhere in the world. A rural corporate paradise, a place to meet, think, create and be.

We are based in the heart of Milnathort, a small village 30 minutes from Edinburgh, an hour from Glasgow and 15 minutes from Perth. A leafy village surrounded by nature with convenient services in the village including a coffee shop/bistro - Heaven Scent, Milnathort Golf Club and direct motorway access. Natures playground of Loch Leven, is 5 minutes away.

Our property has two areas for exclusive private use. The Green House is our core corporate events space, with an open plan floor with boardroom / dining table for 10-14 people, a bar / coffee area, and a snug / private meeting space on the first floor. On the second floor we have further private space for meetings (office space) and rest / relaxation (zen room). All tea, coffee and multi media facilities are included in the daily rates. The space is suitable for 2-25 people depending on the type of event.

The ground floor is home to The Reading Room, our cosy lounge vibe space, which has a roaring log fire. Media facilities are available. The space can be set up for a relaxed meeting, book reading or talk, or theatre style for other events. The space is suitable for 2-16 people, event dependent.

We have a hand selected group of friends and partners that we work with at The Green House.

Heaven Scent - can provide catering for your event, whether it be breakfast, lunch or evening buffet, or coffees. They will also provide staff.

Sarah Rankin Cooks - local Masterchef finalist can prepare a buffet for your guests, and has an extensive range of options.

Milnathort Golf Club - whether it be a round of golf (9 or 18 holes), the club is 2 minutes away and said to be one of the finest 9 hole courses in Scotland. The club does lovely breakfast and lunch which is great for a change of scene from a hectic day conference.

Half Day (4 hours): £200

Morning / Afternoon or Evening

Weekend rate: Friday afternoon to Sunday evening (£600)

The Reading Room

Day Rate: £200

Half Day (4 hours): £150

Morning / Afternoon or Evening

Tea, coffee, internet and multi media included.
